INGREDIENTS


1 cup raw nuts of choice (almonds, hazelnut, walnuts, cashew, etc)


Purified/Filtered Water


Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt OPTIONAL :

1-2 tsp to taste Maple Syrup and Vanilla or 2 tbsp to taste Cocoa or

Handful Berries


DIRECTIONS: 1. Add nuts to a bowl, cover with 2 cups purified water and refrigerate overnight. 2. In morning, drain nuts and rinse. 3. Add nuts and 4 cups purified water and pinch of salt to high speed blender and blend until creamy and smooth.

(Add maple syrup and choice of flavour if using) 4. Strain milk through sieve and serve or refrigerate. Will keep as regular milk.
