We don’t believe that you have to make sacrifices to enjoy foods that you want. but why should ‘indulging’ mean forgiving unhealthy ingredients to give yourself a treat? While many of our competitors use bleached flours, processed or chemical sugars, hydrogenated oils, artificial colouring and flavourings, we have researched and experimented with new ways to provide the best of everything that traditional treats offer, but are nutritious and look and taste even better than the 'real' thing.
All of our cakes and desserts are packed with antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins, low in natural, unrefined sugar, good fats, and free from gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, additives, and preservatives. We use almond, rice, sweet potato, coconut, tapioca, sorghum, teff, and chickpea, quinoa and amaranth flours, chia seeds, pulses, vegetables and fruits to create a range of treats in a variety of flavours.
