We work with new ways of creating traditional foods that are not only nutritious but look and taste like the 'real thing', and we'd love to show how you can too.
OUR DEMONSTRATIONS ARE NOT COOKING CLASSES
Our customers have long been asking for some sort of demonstration and insights into what we do, but we have so many recipes, flavour profiles, tips and tricks that we decided the best way we can share with you is to do all the work and let you relax, learn, and enjoy a tasting table of our foods.
We do all the preparation, demonstrate how to do it yourself with tips and suggestions, cook the food, and tell you all about why we do what we do and the benefits of the ingredients with which we choose to work.
In testing and creating recipes, we have collated a guide of go-to swaps to show how you can easily substitute ingredients to make a variety of healthier and cleaner dishes, but without compromising on taste and enjoyment.
