We are artisan producers, committed to creating great-tasting, quality food products to optimise your well-being and enhance your everyday living. We believe in the powerful chemistry of natural plant-based ingredients to create foods that are as close to their natural state as possible.
As a savvy consumer, you are aware that many foods that are marketed as 'healthy' are often packed with sugar, fats, sodium, stabilisers, preservatives, and additives. We are in touch with what you want and need and are dedicated to creating chemical and hormone-free foods, vegan, gluten-free, and catering to other dietary restrictions, with an emphasis on flavour, diversity, and functional health, but without compromising on taste and enjoyment.
WHO WE ARE
Alicia and her family produce a range of award-winning sugar-free specialty preserves and fermented, probiotic foods and drinks. Combining wild foraged herbs, blossoms, and berries with farmed fruits and vegetables, all ingredients are seasonal, freshly picked, and hand- processed.

A former journalist and editor, during a transition into digital media Leanne began questioning the perception of 'health' foods and researching alternative ingredients for traditional foods. Focusing on the functional, she develops recipes to create treats that look good, taste good, and do good.
